Delivery Information

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12 noon Monday–Friday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been placed delivery address changes can not be made.

Next day delivery will be made on the next working day after dispatch (this excludes weekends / bank holidays)*

We do not offer a Saturday delivery option, deliveries are made weekdays only (Monday–Friday).

*Next day delivery: UK only (excluding bank holidays).
Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands: delivery 3–5 working days.
Overseas: delivery 5–14 working days.

*next working day delivery applies to weekdays only, and excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands which are 3–5 working days.

Important Note:
Next day delivery is not guaranteed, once the parcel has left our premises and is with the courier the delivery is beyond our control. Refunds will not be made for delivery charges on delayed deliveries, refunds will only be given if the delivery is deemed as lost in transit by the courier. We do not accept responsibility for undelivered parcels, you will need to make arrangements with the courier direct for re-delivery/depot collection. If you give instructions to the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place this is done so at your own risk, we do not accept responsibility for missing parcels.

Two delivery attempts will be made by the courier, after which the parcel will be returned to us as ‘undelivered’, once the parcel has been returned to us you will receive a refund less delivery charges.

Overseas Deliveries
You may be liable to pay any or all of the following taxes: customs duty, excise duty, import VAT, import duty, customs charges.
All such items will be assessed by Border Force, please check with your country's customs office before you order.
